Job Description – Frontend Developer

We are looking for motivated frontend developers of all experience levels (junior to senior) to help build and enhance our enterprise portal platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with React.js and modern frontend technologies. You will collaborate closely with our development team to create intuitive, high-performance user interfaces.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using React.js (primary framework).

• Debug and resolve issues in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.

• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.

• Implement UI/UX best practices, ensuring responsive and adaptive designs.

• Optimize application performance and scalability.

• Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.

• Ensure successful deployment of frontend components and maintain integration with backend systems.

• Work on portal systems and custom integrations, ensuring compliance with design and functionality requirements.

• Communicate development decisions and technical solutions with clients and stakeholders.

• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in frontend development.

Education & Experience

• Junior Developers: Basic experience with React.js and web development fundamentals.

• Mid-Level Developers: 2+ years of experience developing frontend applications with React.js.

• Senior Developers: 4+ years of experience, with expertise in React.js, component-based architecture, and performance optimization.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Recoil, or Context API.

• Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.).

• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.

• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.

• Understanding of accessibility (a11y) and web performance best practices.

• ​​​​​​​Experience with headless CMS, portal systems, or enterprise applications is a plus.

• Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) is a plus.

• Professional or academic background in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.

• Fluency in Khmer; English language skills are a plus.
